Tessable LLC, doing business as GiveBrick (“GiveBrick,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to making our websites, applications, and campaign walls usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.

1. Standard We Target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the widely accepted standard for web accessibility. This is an ongoing goal rather than a one-time achievement, and we review and improve the Service on an ongoing basis.

2. What We Do

Steps we take to support accessibility include:

Using semantic HTML and visible keyboard-focus states on interactive elements;
Providing descriptive alternative text for meaningful images;
Maintaining sufficient color contrast in our interface;
Supporting keyboard navigation for core flows, including starting a campaign and purchasing a brick;
Respecting a visitor's reduced-motion preference where the Service includes animation; and
Testing key pages with screen readers and other assistive technology as the Service evolves.

3. Known Limitations

Some parts of the Service — particularly the interactive mosaic campaign wall, which visually reveals a picture as bricks are claimed — rely on visual presentation that is difficult to fully translate into an equivalent non-visual experience. We are working to improve these areas, and a text-based list view of claimed and available bricks is available as an alternative on campaign wall pages.

Campaign content — including brick names, messages, and campaign images — is supplied by organizers and supporters. While we encourage accessible content, we do not control everything a third party submits.

Please include the web page or feature involved and a description of the issue you encountered. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and will work with you to provide the information, item, or transaction through an alternative method if needed.

5. Changes to This Statement

We may update this Accessibility Statement as our accessibility efforts continue and as guidelines evolve. When this Statement changes, we will revise the Effective Date above.
