How it works

Reviewed, verified, and live in days — not months.

1

Start your wall

Tell us about your organization, project, goal, and authorized representative.

2

We verify & approve

We confirm the organization and representative, review content, and green-light the wall.

3

Supporters claim bricks

Each supporter adds a name and message, pays securely, and gets a receipt and share prompt.

4

Watch the wall fill

Your page shows live progress as the picture colors in. Payouts run on Stripe rails.

You keep 85%. Flat. Always.

No setup fee, no monthly fee. GiveBrick keeps one flat 15% platform fee per brick — so your organization always keeps 85%, with card processing covered out of GiveBrick's share. On a $50 brick, your organization receives $42.50, every time.

Who can start a campaign?

A booster campaign must be operated by an authorized school, athletic department, booster organization, nonprofit, league, or club. An individual may not create a campaign in the name of a team or organization without authorization.

Campaigns that involve children

Booster walls carry the names of minors, so this part of the Acceptable Use Policy applies directly to you.

Campaigns involving schools, youth teams, clubs, or other youth organizations must protect children's privacy and safety. A brick message may not publish a child's full identifying information without appropriate permission, and may not disclose a private address, schedule, telephone number, email address, school records, or medical information. Brick content is public and permanent on the wall, so a supporter typing "For Emma, #12, Class of 2027" is publishing more than they may intend. Every message is moderated before it appears, and an organizer can ask for one to be removed.

The full rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy.

Frequently asked questions

Is GiveBrick free for our booster club?
Yes — free to launch, with no setup or monthly fee. GiveBrick keeps a flat 15% per brick; your club keeps 85%, card processing included.
Who can start a booster campaign?
A campaign must be operated by an authorized school, athletic department, booster organization, nonprofit, league, or club — a booster president, treasurer, fundraising chair, athletic director, or league officer. An individual may not create a campaign in the name of a team or organization without authorization, and every campaign is reviewed before it goes live.
What can supporters write about our athletes?
Brick content is public. Campaigns involving youth organizations must protect children's privacy and safety: a message may not publish a child's full identifying information without appropriate permission, or disclose a private address, schedule, phone number, email, school records, or medical information. Messages are moderated before they appear, and an organizer can ask for one to be removed.
Do we receive physical engraved bricks?
No. A GiveBrick purchase is a digital recognition placement on your campaign wall; it does not include a physical, engraved, printed, or mailed brick, unless a specific campaign page expressly states otherwise. If your program has a walkway or wall to set real bricks into, an engraved-brick vendor may suit you better — we compare the two honestly, including where they beat us.
Can we run the same wall every season?
Yes. Some booster clubs run a fresh wall each season and others keep one open as a rolling record. Either works, and you can change the brick price before a new campaign launches.
