GiveBrick routes different kinds of message to different addresses, because the policies that govern them are different documents with different rules. Sending to the right one is faster than sending to the right company. Each one links to the policy the address comes from, and where that policy says what to include, this page repeats it.
Six specific addresses, and one to use when none of them is obviously right.
Questions about starting a campaign, whether GiveBrick fits your organization, pricing, or anything that does not fit one of the six below. Read by a person and forwarded.
Refunds, a purchase you did not authorize, an accessibility barrier, and appeals against a campaign that was rejected, restricted, or suspended.
Content or conduct that may violate the Acceptable Use Policy.
A rights holder who believes content infringes a copyright, trademark, publicity right, or other intellectual-property right.
Access, correction, deletion, and a parent or guardian's request about a child's information.
Questions about how the agreement between your organization and GiveBrick works.
These are the addresses named in the policies themselves, not a separate support routing scheme. If a policy and this page ever disagree, the policy is the one that governs.
For urgent threats to life or safety, contact emergency services or the appropriate law-enforcement agency first. GiveBrick reviews reports during business hours and is not a substitute for emergency response.
Four of these are set out in the policies. Sending a complete message the first time is the difference between two days and two weeks.
Do not include complete card or banking information. GiveBrick will generally acknowledge or respond to a refund request within two business days — which is a response, not a promise that the refund itself completes in that time. Refund Policy.
GiveBrick may acknowledge a report but cannot guarantee that it will provide the reporting person with confidential information, investigation details, or the outcome of an enforcement review. Acceptable Use Policy.
Include enough information for us to understand the request and identify the relevant account, purchase, or campaign. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
A request to delete personal information may not require deletion of an entire campaign, or the fact that a brick was purchased, and we may deny or limit a request where permitted by law. GiveBrick does not discriminate against individuals for exercising applicable privacy rights. Privacy Policy.
Report good-faith security concerns privately. The Acceptable Use Policy asks that they are not publicly disclosed before we have had a chance to look at them.
Include what you found, where, and enough detail to reproduce it. Acceptable Use Policy.

A form would collect your name and message into a system before you had any reason to trust it, and it would give you no copy of what you sent. Email leaves the record in your own sent folder, and it is the channel every one of our policies already names. If that changes, it will be because a form does something for you that email does not.
